BIO

Kakos Industries is created by Conrad Miszuk. He is also the voice of Corin Deeth III, the composer of the music, the director, and the editor of every episode, except when otherwise noted. If there is something uncredited in Kakos Industries, it was probably him, unless you are a legal entity, in which case it wasn’t him. Conrad is an artist, filmmaker, and a creator of audio fiction from Phoenix, Arizona. Conrad graduated from ASU’s Film and Media Production program summa cum laude. His thesis film The Atheist was official selection at the 2012 Cinequest Film Festival. Watch it HERE!

Conrad has often seen the shortcomings in much of the media produced for mass consumption, reinforcing the implicit biases present in our societies. He wanted to make entertainment that removed as many of those biases as possible and offer media that was friendly to all sexualities, all genders, and, perhaps most importantly, all levels of general weirdness, while still peeling back the curtain on many of the establishments and institutions that run our lives. He wanted to ask the question “What is evil, really?”

Conrad is a writer and a performer with aspirations of offering his skills to the larger media environment in the future. His training is in making film and television, and he hopes to bring his ideas, including Kakos Industries, to much larger stages.

Kakos Industries has been an idea kicking around in Conrad’s head for years, but it wasn’t until 2014 that it really began to take shape. The pilot episode was produced in January of 2014, and then modified numerous times before it was finally posted to the website in the middle of February.
